Shoofly Block #6 - for Anissa
Anissa's block was lots of fun. Deb had kindly furnished the fabrics (like she did for me) in some fun pinks and yellows. I managed to include a bit of everything that Deb sent along. I snuck in a square of Brenda's fabric at the bottom there because I thought it went well with the yellows and oranges (and because I needed just one more yellow to complete the block).
This might be the funkiest one yet. I sincerely hope she likes it. As soon as I get myself over to the P.O. this block will be winging its way over to New Zealand! I guess if I'm not able to visit N.Z. like I've always dreamed, at least something I make will live its life there. ;)
Have I mentioned lately how much fun this quilting bee is?
Because it is. :)
